Chalet Austria e.U is the sister company of Chalet Austria (UK) Limited and provides Property Management services for owners of property in Austria. Subscribers can then choose from other services in the Chalet Austria property services portfolio.

The Chalet Austria Holiday Changeover Service (including cleaning and linen changing) is a service especially designed for those subscribers who own holiday rental properties in Austria.

Chalet Austria provides a complete hands off solution to managing properties Austria when you are a long way away.

The locally based Chalet Austria team provide property owners with contingency support and back-up including emergency maintenance activities for their second home or holiday homes in Austria. The following services are available to Chalet Austria Property Management Service subscribers:

For second home owners who register with Chalet Austria Property Management Services, we offer a range of Change Over services, allowing you to have peace of mind that your guests are being well looked after, along with your property.

Change Over Services include: Meet & Greet, Cleaning, Arrival Packs and Laundry Services.

Please note, these prices and services are only available to owners who have registered for Chalet Austria Limited Property Management Services.
